The New Year

I don't normally do resolutions for new years so instead I'm going to do Projects: A New Years List of Stuff to Do!

  1. Reupholster the chairs. For real this time. (I need to buy a better iron.)
  2. Learn to crochet! (And make a teeny tiny kerbal for the BF.)
  3. Learn HTML/CSS/JavaScript! For unstoppable powers!
  4. Finish my HP robe. Also for real this time. (Iron, I'm looking at you!)
  5. Learn to can pickles and soup. (Maybe peaches? I don't know what fruit is in ON.)
  6. Make at least 3 traditional meals from a different country/culture that I haven't before.

Not sure if this will become an ever expanding list but it's a start! What to look forward too this new year!

Busy Busy Busy

All the things! Of course!

I had a job working for Mood Foodie last Friday. What a blast! =D We did an Iron Chef event and it was amazing. One of my teams won! Yay!

Also I've been working on a Secret Santa gift for a group I'm in. In honour of the new Star Wars trailer. Haha. No spoilers! (Yet.)

And I kinda decorated the apartment for Xmas.

Now back to doing some research on FODMAPs for a friend!

The Other Side

I am now on the other side of the hump in the road that has been this move.

All the furniture is bought and put together and drilled to the walls (that china cabinet is going No Where!). And the office is finally set up for blogging and sewing Sundays! Yay!

I also am officially a P.H.Ec., which has helped me immensely with looking for work. (Here's to hoping that something semi-permenant-ish comes up!)

Things are looking up and I'm so excited for the future!
