Catching up

It's been almost a month since I posted anything (Bad Andrea) but I have still been doing all the things. Finally got a post about my pork roulade up! Yay! Only took since May, haha. And now I'm working on the big gardening post, the moving plants debacle and the Alberta Goodbye. 

I also went gardening yesterday (for the first time in a while...) with my bestie Angela! So progress all around!

Also also, the move is scheduled! D= July 23rd we will be on a jet plane (more likely it will be a regular plane) headed for Toronto. Scary! But still exciting. 

Love! (I promise to be more consistent after all the life stops getting in the way.)

Just had to jinx it

I got ridiculously sick last week. Summer fevers are the best! I sat in a deep freeze for 7 months and then, just when it's going to be nice, fever. 

That's my sexy sick face. I bring all the boys to the yard. 

Luckily the weather has actually been crappy, so not to many missed gardening opportunities. Yay! (?)

Anyway. It's been a while so to catch up: 1) Gardening in still a thing. I'm half way done the garden; 13 hours and counting. 2) I'm over my sickness! (Mostly. Damn allergies.) 3) I had a trip to the boonies of Alberta last weekend and saw real live wild Mustang Horses! Lots of fun. And 4) My old Kenmore sewing machine finally bit the dust so I've got a new, not so trustworthy, sewing machine friend. We'll see how she fares... the tension is already off and I'm missing my old baby already. 

More posts this week and next about dinner parties and my love for Alberta. (I'm going to miss you, Big Sky Country! Le Tear!)
