Entering the Post-Winter phase

Now that the weather has stopped flecking us with The White Stuff That Shall Not Be Named, hiking and outdoorsy things can commence!! We went to see the Cataract Falls last weekend, with the BFs cousin in town. Good hike but it'll be even more beautiful when the leaves start coming in. 

Also, I finally bought all the frames for the collage of peoples I'm going to put up in the front hall. Now to find a place that actually prints photos.... I never thought that would be the limiting factor on this project.

Shhhhh.... I think it's spring.

I think, I say while knocking on all the wood, that it MAY be spring. 

SHHHH. 

Don't let Mother Nature hear. I'm sure she'll send a hail storm as a punishment for presumption. 

I started a new knitting project (and watching Once Upon A Time... blasted Netflix) so that's in the works this week! 

Also, over the weekend I set up the balcony! We bought a charcoal grill and some furniture. Now to save up for some more seating and lights. Patio Parties here we come! <3

Holstering the Upholstering

It's been a crazy crazy week! I've finally got my reupholstery project going, Yay! Only issue it that I haven't really decide if I like the look or not. I keep arguing with myself: It's classic looking; but there isn't enough pattern! etc. (Go inner brain war!)

So more working on that this week. 

Hopefully. 

Also! I got my little plant toddlers in their booster seats on Saturday! Little tomato plant babies are hopefully set to grow big and strong. 

And lastly, I made a 14lbs turkey this weekend for a dinner party. So there will be many many leftovers (and recipes) to be had in the coming weeks. Exciting!! I missed cooking big meals. 

Hopefully I'll keep updating more often with All the things!
